When requesting a booking please note times to request are in 15 minute periods which allow you to schedule in set up and clean up times.

AGREEMENT

I fully understand that I shall be personally responsible for enforcing the regulations set out in the Booking T&Cs, for safety, and any loss or damage caused during the whole period of occupancy, and compliance with the Waste disposal requirements.

Members of the Village Hall Management Committee can, at any time, enter the premises during the period of hire for Health & Safety purposes.

The hall is to be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the booked period of hire to the satisfaction of the caretaker.

Doors and lights MUST be turned off otherwise a call out charge is applicable.

I am over 18yrs of age. I understand that this contract of hire is between me and the Village Hall Management Committee, without regard to any responsibilities which I may delegate. This agreement is legally binding.
