Facilities at Little Hadham Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Main Hall

Capacity: 180 people
Pricing: £14.32-£20.52 per hour

Floor space: 13m x 9m

Max height for bouncy castles 3.3m

Stage performance space: 6m x 4m

Large non sprung hard floored area with serving hatch to kitchen. 

Curtained raised stage, blackout curtains to double glazed windows.

Wifi and high speed broadband suitable for streaming activities. 
 
Tables and Chairs provided (self set up).

BOOKING TIMES ARE DISPLAYED IN 15 minute periods to allow you to schedule in set up and clean up times to your booking.

Single rate charge when requiring access to full kitchen services eg ovens. Plates, cutlery and kettles available without charge.
Powerful Loudspaker system, ideal for events and parties. Self-Connect by Bluetooth from your device. Microphones or direct connection available on request.
4 metre screen, HD and Surround Sound. Ideal for presentations and large events. Wireless, or HDMI connected (by arrangement), self service and access timed for your booking.
Ideal for streaming live events with multiple cameras supported by our technician. All hires include one hour set up and one hour take down. Minimum hire period is four hours.

Flexible carpeted meeting room with sound proof bifold doors enabling separation from the kitchen area, 
 
Ideal as a small cafe area, meeting room and dressing room for staged events. 
 
Seated capacity of up to 20 doors closed, 30 doors open.

Children's party and large events hire

Capacity: 180 people
Pricing: £25.28-£34.40 per hour

A combination hire of the Main Hall, Stage, Elm Room and Kitchen for larger one off events eg children's birthday parties, weddings, wakes and theatre productions.

Smaller bouncy castles (Max height 3.3m) are allowed subject to providers insurance cover being provided.

**The Ash room is excluded from this hire - contact us to discuss its availability if needed.

Tables and Chairs provided (self set up).

A refundable cleaning deposit of £50 is payable on all these booking hires.
